Monterey Mews.This unique neighborhood of stylish new cottage-style homes is situated on a quiet, private street near NW Shevlin Park Road and NW College Way. Cottages share a tranquil common area. This is a "shoebox" condominium development where each cottage is fully owned with no shared walls.

Reed Pointe. Stone Bridge Homes NW is building homes in this centrally-located southeast Bend neighborhood that emphasize livable plans, convenient and thoughtful features, and finishes and materials that are durable and attractive. IronHorse. Brooks Resources Corp. brought the planned neighborhood concept to Prineville in 2007 with development of IronHorse, located on the former site of the historic Hudspeth Ranch property at the city’s eastern edge.
